Conscientious Tiger Woods in British Open

The third round of British Open was accomplished  in St Andrews golf club. South African player Oosthuizen played 69 and took a lead with the total score(-15). England starl Paul Casey hit 67and lagged  4 shots behind the leader.  Tiger Woods wasn't still in the good shape and hit 73. He and Mickelson with 70 fell over 12 shots behind the leading and had no hope to win the title. And the following was the comment of British Open.
