President Barack Obama and former President Bill Clinton both made a personal call to Tiger Woods to offer words of encouragement after his sex scandal broke. GolfDigest reported on its own website Friday.
“President Obama made a personal call to offer encouragement. So did Bill Clinton, whose experience might be particularly instructive,” reported GolfDigest. Clinton has suffered from sex scandal, the Lewinsky scandal made him discredited, but he did not step down by this.
Golf Digest also confirmed Woods visited the Gentle Path clinic in Mississippi for sex rehab, reportedly entering the facility with a “whatever it takes” mentality.Woods’ wife Elin Nordegren has visited the golfer at the clinic, and the couple and their kids spent Christmas together in Southern California, the magazine reported.
Whether Woods can recover from this incident, and in the future to continue to dominate the golf game? At least, his mother offer him suppot. The magazine quoted Woods’ mother Tida as saying her son will “face himself” and “solve the problem.”Tida adds, “when he comes back, he will still love to play and love to win…because his closet will be cleaned out and his mind will be free.”
